Tim Beall has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame (Cum Laude), and BBA in Finance from Andrews University. 15 years experience in financial management and investments with fortune 500 and small companies.

He has provided numerous acquisition and valuation consulting on many residential and commercial real estate projects located in Colorado, Kansas, and Texas for investment companies. He also previously provided investment advice to investment companies for renewable energy projects such as methane digestion, biodiesel and carbon credits verification and resell.

Prior to this, he was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of the U.S.’ 3rd largest hydroponic tomato and bedding plant producer, with 1,100 full-time employees at 7 locations (6 years).

Family / Youth
Tim grew up in SW Michigan, attending first Coloma and then later Berrien Springs Public Schools. After graduating from first Andrews University and then later Notre Dame, Tim resided/worked in SW Michigan for several years before moving first to Chicago, and then later to Colorado Springs.Tim spent 8 years in Colorado Springs, where he met his future wife Niki, who’s parents had a house in the same neighborhood as him. They are married with two children boy 1.5 (Gunnar) and girl 3 (Haley). Tim and Niki have decided to make SW Michigan their home and raise their children in the same area that Tim grew up (although Niki does miss the extra sunshine in Colorado).

Pursuits
Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, canoeing, golfing, and rafting.

To maximize a client’s return based on risk, and help them avoid unnecessary fees.

Gassan is the Founding member of Kassira Financial, LLC that provides comprehensive financial planning and wealth advisory services. Gassan specializes in providing financial planning and portfolio management services to high-net worth individuals, families and financial planning to small businesses.

Gassan earned his MBA in International Finance from the University of Colorado and an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University. Kevin, the newest member of the Kassira Financial consulting team, first assisted us as an Investment Analyst and solo practitioner. Kevin has since established himself as an associate of the firm and as an Investment manager. He is an alumnus of James Madison University, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in finance/economics.
